1. Supplier offers a 15-days-trial period after the delivery date. You may request to return an item in the condition it was received if you change your mind.
2. To start a return process, simply send an inquiry email to [email protected]
in the following 15 days after you receive your package. A tracking number for the returning devices should be granted to Suppliers after the initial refund request via email.
3. Shipping cost alone to be covered by the buyer in case of return.
4. Your refund payment is done in 7 (seven) business days after the returning device is delivered in the condition it was received – without malfunction and defects. Note – Refund amount only include the device cost and not shipping fee.
